Hi Sam Sung,
I understand you want to validate the domain with Office 365. Also, you don’t want to influence the production site to Office 365.

It will be no influence on validating the domain in Office 365. The verification is the activity to prove domain ownership. Normally, we use MX record value and TXT record value to verify domain.

After domain verification, customer requires to add different DNS record to make Office 365 function works.

Hi Cindy,

Could you let me know the following information?
1. Are you using Office 365 Small Business pre-upgrade or after-upgrade?
2. Are you uploading multiple images to a picture library?
3. Are you using a picture editor to upload multiple images to SharePoint Online?
If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to point it out.

Based on this article Work with photos in a picture library, when users use a picture editor to upload multiple pictures:
In some cases, a SharePoint-compatible picture editor, such as Microsoft Office Picture Manager, may open.
Follow the instructions in the picture editor for selecting multiple files and uploading them. If a file you are uploading has the same name as an existing file in the library the picture editor may prompt you to change the name.

For a picture library in SharePoint Online for Office 365 after-upgrade, you can drag and drop multiple images to it directly in the browser.

Hi Henry,

Following are the detail

1. accounts1@chillibreeze.com is a user license with office 365 mailbox

2. There is no TLS option. The only option available is USe SSL (YES or NO) and Use SSL on standard port  no (YES or NO)

I go through the article that you give me and i dont think this is feasible for us. We dont want to use SMTP Server as this will make us complicated and email will slow down

Is there any other way Henry that we will do.

Before addressing your query, I’d like to confirm if you are wondering how to ensure all the pages of Office 365 appear in the same language as English. If yes, we can change the display language of Office 365 by performing the steps below accordingly:
 
For Office 365, Lync Online, and SharePoint Online, we can change them all at the same time by going to Settings > Office 365 settings > Language, and then select English and click Save.
 
For Outlook Web App, Calendar, or People, to change those settings, click Outlook at the top of the page in Office 365. Then, on the Outlook Web App page, click Settings > Options > Settings > Regional to choose English.

I have my own domain name and I currently have several email addresses for different parts of my website; like support , billing, sales, and so on; but I am the only user. Is this possible without being charged for more than one user; because I am the only user at this time.

I am using Office 365 180 subscription that came with my text books for school. I activated my product key in September and it is good through March 2014...As of about a week ago my products all say "unlicensed product" on the top and I cannot use anything. I have assignments that are due. Does anyone know what is going on? I am using HP Windows 7

Thanks for your screenshot. 
From the screenshot I can only find one font which is more likely to be Century Gothic(If it isn’t, please correct me.) with about three kinds of sizes. However, 
1.  I cannot find out where’s your original fonts and sizes. 
2.  Also, I cannot find out the difference between the fonts and sizes you used to send and this one from the screenshot. 
We need contrasts.  

In the last post, 
1.  I wanted to ask for the screenshots from both the recipient’s side and your side. That’s to say, one screenshot contains your contents and his contents in the recipient’s email, the other one contains your contents and his contents in your email.
2.  And in order to reproduce your exact scenario, I need to collect the version of the recipient’s Outlook for Windows(such as Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013. If it’s Outlook 2013, please tell me the detailed version, we can find it from Control Panel. Mine is 15.0.4551.1005).

With the information above, we can find out which side is the root cause that changed the fonts. I’d be appreciated if you could mark them from the screenshots and tell me what’s the font you receive instead of the original one.
Here are the examples of replied emails which include some division lines that separate contents between the senders and recipients. Please pay attention to the red marks.
 

Additionally, you can also run a test as mine provided in the last post: sending emails to Outlook 2013 for Windows using Century Gothic font to see if you get the same result as mine.

While we do more troubleshooting steps, I also provide you with another way to find solutions: Office Outlook forum, who focuses on the general features of the app clients. They may have more knowledge of your question and give you more professional assistance.
